January 19 – 29, 2017, starting 8:00 a.m. (UTC + 1:00)
For the 82nd time, the International Green Week welcomes visitors from all over the world in Berlin, Germany. Founded in 1926, the IGW is the internationally leading public exhibition for the food, agriculture, and gardening industry and will open its doors on January 20.

Additionally, the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA) and the AGCO Africa Summit will take place in Berlin around the time of the exhibition. Over 60 international ministries and food producers will meet at the GGFA panel to discuss key issues affecting the global agri-food sector. This year, the GFFA will be held on the subject: "Agriculture and Water – Key to Feeding the World” from 19 – 21 January.

Last, but not least, the AGCO Africa Summit on January 23 is a conference of international character, attracting CEOs, industry experts and political leaders with the common interest of accelerating the development of African agriculture.
